Originally announced release dates for 1992, 19 had come and gone, and Eazy ended up releasing the EPs ' 5150 Home 4 Tha Sick ' and ' It's On (Dr. Work for the album first began around 1989 under the name 'Temporary Insanity', but the project had been abandoned and the release date had been revised on several occasions.
